These two-piece, alloy shims allow a 25,4 or 26.0mm handlebar to fit our Cigne, Removable Faceplate Quill, and many other 31.8mm clamp diameter stems.
Can be used on two-bolt faceplate stems or four-bolt faceplate stems.
