Velo Orange - Pass Hunter Frameset

The Pass Hunter is Velo Orange's fastest and sportiest frame, designed for light adventures over mountain passes, sport touring and even weekend club riding! It may look like a traditional randonneur, but don't let the sleek Cool Blue and nostalgic 80s burgundy paint and metallic logos fool you. This frameset is packed with modern design and features. The rear triangle in "Wishbone" design is a special production by Velo Orange. By simplifying the connection points, the rear triangle is light and springy for optimal power transmission. The main triangle has an oversized 35.0 mm down tube and a standard 28.6 top tube. This makes the bike stable, comfortable and with flex in all the right places. Finally, the front; the head tube is tapered to allow the use of aftermarket carbon forks, such as Rodeo Labs and Whisky, as well as many other forks that fit into the "Utili fork" genre. The steel fork offered with the frameset has a 393 mm axle crown with 51 mm rake.
